APPA makes no representations about the suitability for any purpose of such information or services and they are presented in an "as is" form. In addition, APPA does not claim any responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, legality, operability, or availability of any of the content or information on the APPA Web site. Reliance on the information presented on this site is strictly at the user's own risk.
APPA Copyright: All materials appearing on the APPA Web site are subject to copyright owned by APPA, Inc. or its agents, affiliates or member-companies and are used with permission herein. Any copying, republication, or linking of these materials, electronically or otherwise, is expressly prohibited without APPA's or the rightful copyright holder's prior written approval. All other rights are reserved.
APPA Trademark: The names, trademarks, service marks, and logos of APPA contained in the materials presented on this Web site may not be used in any advertising, publicity or promotion, or otherwise be used to indicate APPA's sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any product or service, regardless of whether by a member company, other pet industry association, or agent, without APPA's prior written approval.

Indemnity: The user agrees to indemnify and hold APPA, and its officers and agents, harmless from any claim or liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the content and information submitted, posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the APPA online services, the user's use of the APPA online services, the user's violation of this Agreement of Use, or the user's violation of any rights of another.
Limitation of Liability: The user expressly understands and agrees that APPA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, any damages resulting from (a) the use or inability to use the APPA online services, (b) unauthorized access or transmission of user's posted content or information, (c) content or information of any third party posted the APPA online services, or (d) any other matter relating to the APPA online services.
Modification: This Agreement of Use constitutes the entire agreement between APPA and the user. However, APPA nonetheless reserves the right to modify, edit, or terminate the services available via the APPA Web site, at any time and for any reason without notice.
