The White House released an executive order confirming that updated reciprocal tariffs will take effect on 8/1/25. Below is the updated country list and reciprocal tariff rates gathered from Truth Social as of 7/27/25.
De Mininmis
President Trump has signed an executive order suspending the de minimis exemption for all countries, meaning that low-value imports will no longer be exempt from tariffs. This order, which will take effect on August 29, 2025, effectively eliminates the allowance of goods worth under $800 to enter the U.S. duty-free and without standard customs procedures.

Reciprocal Tariffs
The August 1st deadline for reciprocal tariffs is for all countries except for China. The China deadline is 90 days from May 14th, which brings the China deadline to August 12th. See attached federal register notice.
President Trump granted Mexico a 90-day extension on trade talks as well, but nothing official has been published by US Customs. Additionally, there are executive orders being published around last-minute trade agreements being made. We are currently working to develop a final list, but it may not be available until late day or possibly tomorrow if changes continue to be made by the President's administration. Copies of the individual executive orders can be found on the WhiteHouse website. https://www.whitehouse.gov/news/.
Breaking announcements can usually be found on the President's Truth Social account as well. Please keep in mind that nothing will become official until it's released by Customs.
Please remember that China has already completed a trade deal with the US that is already in effect. This upcoming change will not impact the current trade deal. We expect to hear more details in the coming days and encourage you to monitor the official updates at WhiteHouse.gov.
