By using the features on the APPA Web site, the user consents to be bound by the following Agreement of Use:
APPA provides information and services via the Internet to its members as well as the public at large in furtherance of its purpose as a not-for-profit organization. APPA makes no representations about the suitability for any purpose of such information or services and they are presented in an "as is" form. In addition, APPA does not claim any responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, legality, operability, or availability of any of the content or information on the APPA Web site. Reliance on the information presented on this site is strictly at the user's own risk.
APPA Copyright: All materials appearing on the APPA Web site are subject to copyright owned by APPA, Inc. or its agents, affiliates or member-companies and are used with permission herein. Any copying, republication, or linking of these materials, electronically or otherwise, is expressly prohibited without APPA's or the rightful copyright holder's prior written approval. All other rights are reserved.
APPA Trademark: The names, trademarks, service marks, and logos of APPA contained in the materials presented on this Web site may not be used in any advertising, publicity or promotion, or otherwise be used to indicate APPA's sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any product or service, regardless of whether by a member company, other pet industry association, or agent, without APPA's prior written approval.
Links: Although APPA's Web site provides links to other separate and individual Web sites, APPA takes no responsibility for the content or information contained on those Web sites, and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness legality, reliability, operability, or availability of such content and information unless APPA has had prior editorial authority or control over the material, whether in whole or in part, contained on those Web sites. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of the information, including, but not limited to, reliance on any material's accuracy, legality, completeness, reliability, timeliness, operability, or availability. APPA assumes no liability for reliance on such material and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of or reliance on the information posted.
Online Services: Information or other content displayed by individuals, companies and other entities on the APPA Referral Network page are not under the control of APPA. Users agree not to use the various APPA services on the APPA Web site to:
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content or information that is harmful, threatening, abusive, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, misrepresentative, or in any other way unlawful.

Limitation of Liability: The user expressly understands and agrees that APPA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, any damages resulting from (a) the use or inability to use the APPA online services, (b) unauthorized access or transmission of user's posted content or information, (c) content or information of any third party posted the APPA online services, or (d) any other matter relating to the APPA online services.
Modification: This Agreement of Use constitutes the entire agreement between APPA and the user. However, APPA nonetheless reserves the right to modify, edit, or terminate the services available via the APPA Web site, at any time and for any reason without notice. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement of Use at any time and for any reason without notice.
