KnowBe4 Cyber Security Training

Mobilize Your Employees as Your Network's First Line of Defense

In the 1990’s, Kevin Mitnick was “The World’s Most Wanted Hacker.”  Since 2000, he has been a successful security consultant for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. He has partnered with KnowBe4 to distill his 30+ years of first-hand hacking experience into an online training for employees in an office environment. This highly successful program ensures that your employees are properly trained to protect your network’s security against frequent hacking attacks and to spot social engineering red flags.

Course Objectives:

• Protect your organization’s internet security
• Understand common ways criminals try to trick you
• Identify signs that can alert you to the danger of an attack

• On-demand, browser based training
• Three versions including a 15-minute, 25-minute and a full 45 minute program
• The 15-minute program is available in 26 languages (click here for available languages)

45-Minute Training Description:

This is a high quality,  web-based interactive training using common traps, live demonstration videos, short tests and a new scenario-based Danger Zone exercise. Kevin Mitnick Security Awareness Training specializes in ensuring that employees understand the mechanisms of spam, phishing, spear phishing, malware, ransomware and social engineering, and are able to apply this knowledge in the office. The training is split into 4 modules that an employee can do over time.

25-Minute Training Description:

A shorter version of the full training session, it covers the mechanisms of spam, phishing, spear phishing, spoofing, and malware hidden in files and includes an interactive test at the end.

15-Minute Training Description:

This condensed version of the full training session is often assigned to management. It covers the mechanisms of spam, phishing, spear phishing, spoofing, malware hidden in files, and advanced persistent threats.  It includes an interactive “red flags” phishing test at the end and email best practices.
